DEFINE THE SCOPE

Who does what, on paper.

Every quote states, for each part of the work, whether it is ours, when it is confirmed and who is responsible.

Drawings

Which drawings we work from, which we prepare, and who approves them.

Site measure

Whether we measure on site, when, and what has to be ready.

Materials

Who selects and approves finishes, and how a substitute is agreed.

Manufacture

What is made, from which approved drawings.

Delivery

Where it is delivered, unloaded and stored, and in how many drops.

Installation

What is installed, and what other trades must finish first.

HOW IT WORKS

Ten steps. Four payments.

Revise the drawings as often as you need within the quoted scope. Nothing is made until you approve it.
