QUOTES
What do you need to quote a project?
Drawings, a cabinetry or joinery schedule if there is one, the finishes you have in mind, the number of dwellings or units, and the programme. Start with what you have; we tell you what is missing.
Can you price at tender stage?
Yes, choose “Tender pricing” on the enquiry form and tell us the closing date. How a tender price is held: TBC
What is in the price?
Your quote lists each part of the work and who is responsible for it: drawings, site measure, supply, delivery, installation and handover. If something isn’t listed, ask before you accept.
PROGRAMME AND PAYMENTS
When are payments due?
In four stages: 10% when you accept the quote, 40% when you approve production, 30% when the cabinetry is ready to ship, 20% when you sign off the installed work. See every step
Can supply be staged across a project?
Staged supply for multi-unit projects: TBC
What happens when the drawings change?
Before production, revise as often as you need within the quoted scope. Added work is quoted as a variation with its price and any effect on timing, approved in the portal before anything changes.
PORTAL AND SITE
Can my site team follow the job?
Every project has a private portal link: progress through the ten steps, drawings and their revisions, variations, invoices, and delivery and installation dates. Share it with the people who run the job.
Which areas do you service?
TBC
Are you licensed?
projectgroups is a division of L8 Group Pty Ltd, QBCC licence 15143899, based at 57 Rosedale St, Coopers Plains QLD 4108.
I’m building my own home. Is this for me?
